• A ticket for the Centre Court at Allianz Cloud allows you to watch the matches of the session purchased:
  • Day session: access to the matches of the day session.
  • Evening session: access to the matches of the evening session. To also watch the day session, you need to purchase the corresponding ticket.

Entry is permitted approximately one hour before the start time indicated in the order of play (match schedule), published on the official website the evening before each match day. We also recommend keeping up to date via the event’s official social media channels.

Minors under 14 must be accompanied by an adult both to enter the venue and to access the main courts. Both the minor and the accompanying adult must hold a valid ticket, except for the exemption for children born on or after 1 January 2021.

People with a disability rating of 74% or higher, or with a severe disability under Italian Law 104/92, art. 3, paragraph 3, can obtain a free ticket, subject to availability of dedicated seats and upon presentation of the relevant certification.
For each session, a maximum of one free ticket may be obtained for the person with a disability, and one ticket may be purchased for a companion. Tickets can be collected from the venue box office on event days.

You can regularise your ticket by paying the price difference directly at the event box office, starting from Monday 12 October. This must be done before entering the public area. To avoid queues, we recommend coming in the days before the session for which you purchased the ticket.

To enter the event with a “Ridotto Tesserato FITP” ticket, you must present:

1. a valid FITP membership card;
2. an identity document.

A dedicated entrance for FITP members is available near the box office in Largo Stuparich to make entry easier.

No. Each ticket allows a single entry and may only be transferred before entry. Once used, it cannot be passed on to another person to watch the remaining matches.

No, the discount reserved for FITP members cannot be combined with other promotions.

No. To benefit from the reserved rate, each member must register and purchase their own ticket individually.
If the member is under 18, a parent or guardian can register using their own email address and link the minor’s FITP membership card and Italian tax code (codice fiscale).

If you are unable to attend, the ticket is neither refundable nor changeable. You may, however, transfer it to another person before entry. If you purchased a ticket with the FITP discount, you may only transfer it to another holder of a valid FITP membership card.

The tournament takes place in an indoor venue. Bad weather therefore does not entitle ticket holders to a refund or ticket exchange.

The ticket is valid for the session or day purchased, not for a specific match or player. Schedule changes due to technical or organisational reasons do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

No, refunds are not given for late arrival, even if a match is almost over.

Autograph sessions, interviews and special meetings with Top Players of the tournament are also organized at the booths.
