The adventure of the Italian pair – wild card in the draw – who had won the derby against Lorenzo Di Giovanni and Denny Cattaneo yesterday at Allianz Cloud, ended with honor in the second round.
The Italian champions were beaten 6-1 6-3 in an hour and 10’ on Court 1 by the Spaniards, sixth seed of the tournament.
In the mind of Cremona and Cassetta, however, the Milano Premier Padel experience will remain indelible, as will the excitement of performing on the Allianz Cloud Central court and finding on the other side of the net masters such as Gonzalez and Ruiz, who will access the round of 16 where they will face Enrique Goenaga and Luis Hernández Quesada tomorrow.
