All of the world’s top 50 men in the FIP Ranking and all of the top 35 women. With entries now closed, one thing is certain: the Oysho Milano Premier Padel P1 — taking place from 12 to 18 October — will bring together the biggest names in the sport. An unmissable week at the Allianz Cloud, with 1,000 points on offer for the FIP Ranking and the Race, and a spectacular show in store.
Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia, winners in Milan in 2024, lead the men’s entry list, followed by defending champions Fede Chingotto and Ale Galan, who last year produced a remarkable 6-0 third set against Arturito and Agus in the final. Juan Lebron and Leo Augsburger complete the top three, while the battle for fourth place in the seeding will continue in Italy: the number 4 seeds in Milan at the moment, would be Franco Stupaczuk and Jon Sanz, followed by Paquito Navarro and Martin Di Nenno, and Coki Nieto and Mike Yanguas. Also keep an eye on Fran Guerrero and Javi Leal (7), as well as Momo Gonzalez, who will team up with Brazil’s Lucas Campagnolo as they look to continue their strong connection with Italy. The top 50 in Milan will also feature two Italians: Enzo Jensen, partnering David Gala, and Sicily’s Flavio Abbate, who will play alongside Spaniard Alonso Rodriguez.
In the women’s draw, Delfi Brea and Gemma Triay lead the entry list, with extra motivation in Milan: to make amends for the 2025 edition, when Gemma was forced to retire before the semi-finals. Ari Sanchez and Paula Josemaria, who have both lifted the trophy in Milan, will once again be on opposite sides of the draw: Paula will partner Bea Gonzalez (2), while Ari will play with Andrea Ustero (3), with whom she became champion at the Paris Major just a few weeks ago. However, keep an eye on the talent of Claudia Fernandez and Martina Calvo, born in 2006 and 2008 respectively and already champions in London: they will be the number 4 seeds, with Fernandez having already won the Milan title in 2024 alongside Triay. It will be the final Italian tournament of the extraordinary career of Ale Salazar, the number 8 seed alongside Argentina’s Aranzazu Osoro. Two Italian players have gained direct entry into the main draw: Giulia Dal Pozzo, partnering Nuria Rodriguez, will hope to repeat her exceptional run at the Rome Major, where she reached the semi-finals; Carolina Orsi, meanwhile, will play alongside Patty Llaguno.
