In <strong>Instagram<\/strong>\u2019s parallel ranking\u2014the platform by far the most used by padel players, where the racket takes a backseat to the smartphone\u2014the hierarchy of padel follows a different script compared to the FIP Rankings, which reward players based on results. So, when followers, rather than bandejas and smashes, decide the ranking, everything changes, and new names take the spotlight.<\/p>\n<p>One of them is <strong>Tolito Aguirre<\/strong>, already a YouTube star and also present at the <strong>Oysho Milano Premier Padel P1.<\/strong> Loved on the court and charismatic off it, the world number 27 in the FIP ranking firmly lands in the top 10 most followed players, with 311,000 followers. In this special ranking, Tolito sits seventh, ahead of other Argentine padel stars like <strong>Martin Di Nenno<\/strong> (298k) and <strong>Franco Stupaczuk<\/strong> (293k), who are eighth and ninth in the Instagram Ranking. Most notably, he\u2019s just behind one of the Premier Padel circuit\u2019s top stars, <strong>Fede Chingotto<\/strong>, world number 3 but sixth in the social ranking with 375,000 followers.<\/p>\n<p>At 21, and ranked fifteenth in the \u201cplayed\u201d ranking, new face <strong>Leo Augsburger<\/strong> (11th) is on the rise. Last year\u2019s world champion with the Albiceleste, he\u2019s gaining attention among social fans too, especially for Instagram-worthy plays\u2014like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DPhhK42DI35\/\">the one<\/a> that decided the match against <strong>Emilio Chamero<\/strong> and <strong>Enzo Jensen<\/strong> the other night.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-19573 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milanopremierpadel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/fotointernanews-1024x595.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"372\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.milanopremierpadel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/fotointernanews-1024x595.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.milanopremierpadel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/fotointernanews-300x174.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.milanopremierpadel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/fotointernanews-768x446.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.milanopremierpadel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/fotointernanews-1536x892.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/www.milanopremierpadel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/fotointernanews.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>THE LEGENDS<\/strong> The Instagram ranking also tells a story for the legends: <strong>Arturo Coello<\/strong>, at the top of the FIP Ranking, is only fourth in this special list, with 645,000 followers, behind his <strong>partner \u201cAgu\u201d Tapia<\/strong> (938k), <strong>Ale Gal\u00e1n<\/strong> (almost 700k), and one of the most beloved figures in the sport<strong>: Paquito Navarro,<\/strong> who rises to third with over 600,000 followers, though 12th in the FIP Ranking. Even retired players remain giants on social media, like <strong>Fernando \u201cBela\u201d Belastegu\u00edn<\/strong>, who retired right after last year\u2019s Milano Premier Padel. With 460,000 followers, he\u2019s tenth, just behind Juan Lebr\u00f3n (566k).<\/p>\n<p><strong>SOCIAL WOMEN<\/strong> Among women, the competition is just as fierce, and the new star is <strong>Victoria Iglesias,<\/strong> one of the most \u201csocial-friendly\u201d athletes in padel. Victoria, world number 22 and ninth in the Instagram Ranking, beats <strong>Claudia Fernandez<\/strong> (117k, 10th) and joins the \u201c100k club,\u201d which also includes big names like <strong>Sofia Araujo<\/strong> (134k, 8th), <strong>Paula Josemaria<\/strong> and <strong>Ale Salazar<\/strong> (both 171k, 6th and 7th), <strong>Ari Sanchez<\/strong> (181k, 5th), and <strong>Gemma Triay<\/strong>, world number one but fourth here with 194k followers. The undisputed queen this time is <strong>Bea Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>: young, bright, and increasingly in the spotlight, she\u2019s number one in the world for stories and reels with over 400,000 followers. Behind her, <strong>Delfi Brea<\/strong> (314k) and <strong>Marta Ortega<\/strong> (264k) complete a podium of talent and personality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NEXT GEN<\/strong> Following the \u201crace\u201d of the big names, the NextGen faces are stepping up, also in Milan: <strong>Pol Hernandez<\/strong> and <strong>Rama Valenzuela<\/strong>, surprise stars again at the Allianz Cloud this year, are making their mark with over 20,000 followers, as is their \u201ccolleague\u201d <strong>Martina Calvo<\/strong>, who just reached another quarterfinal.
