Once again this year, <strong>Rama Valenzuela<\/strong> is living his Italian dream: paired with <strong>Fede Mouri\u00f1o,<\/strong> the young Argentine \u2013 who gave Chingotto and Galan a hard time on Centre Court in 2024 \u2013 equalled that result by beating two Argentine padel icons, <strong>Sanyo Gutierrez<\/strong> and <strong>Tolito Aguirre<\/strong>. After losing the first set, <strong>Valenzuela<\/strong> and <strong>Mouri\u00f1o<\/strong> turned the result around, closing in three sets (3-6 6-1 6-3) and earning a rematch in the round of 16 in Rotterdam against <strong>Momo Gonzalez<\/strong> and <strong>Fran Guerrero<\/strong> (double 6-3 against Jimenez\/Sanchez), seeded number 7.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lucas Bergamini<\/strong>, finalist in 2022, also made a good debut, pairing up with <strong>Javi Leal<\/strong> in Rotterdam and regaining his confidence at the Allianz Cloud thanks to a 6-3 6-2 victory over <strong>Rodriguez\/Rubini<\/strong>. However, Italian-Argentinian <strong>Facundo Dominguez<\/strong> was defeated 6-3 7-5 by Inigo Jofre and <strong>Alex Arroyo<\/strong> (13).<\/p>\n<p>The first results are also in for the women\u2019s draw, with <strong>Lucia Sainz<\/strong> and <strong>Patty Llaguno<\/strong> starting their last tournament as a pair with a 6-3 7-5 victory over <strong>Araceli Martinez <\/strong>and <strong>Alix Collombon<\/strong>.
